About the Role
Your primary focus will be building strong client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and introducing new business to the group. Our lead generation team will connect you with prospective clients—you’ll take it from there.
Key responsibilities include:
Listening & Problem-Solving: Understand client needs and designing insurance solutions that offer real value
Negotiating with Underwriters to secure the best terms and build client trust
Staying Informed: Keep ahead of industry trends and position yourself as a trusted expert
What’s in It for You
You will receive a base salary of $75,000 + uncapped monthly commissions: Your on target earnings will be $120,000, with high performers potential to earn over $150,000
