Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and motivating a team of 3+, providing coaching and day-to-day leadership
Supporting compliance, debtor management, and ensuring smooth operational workflows
Overseeing a portfolio of clients to deliver outstanding service and retention
Assisting the team in delivering tailored client service strategies, renewals, and submissions
Leading performance reviews, identifying training needs, and helping team members reach their potential
Driving revenue and retention targets, contributing to new business opportunities
Who we’re looking for:
Proven people leader, ideally with experience in insurance or professional services, or contact centre environments
Proactive, positive, and skilled at bringing out the best in others
Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Ready to bring fresh ideas and implement smart solutions
Tier 1 Insurance Certificate is a bonus, but not essential (training provided)
