The Q Automotive Group is a family owned company and has been established for over 30 years, consisting of Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute and MG franchises, with locations at Lismore, Springwood, Beenleigh, Ipswich, Emerald and Townsville.

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Service team at Moreton Bay Ford in Capalaba.

To succeed in this role you'll need to have proven experience in a similar position, ideally having worked with Ford vehicles.

It's important that you have the following:

• A stable work history
• A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills - on the phone and in person
• A commitment to building a successful career
• A working knowledge of the Reynolds system

You'll become an important link between our customers and service department, ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all levels!
