About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and creative individual to help us bring two original AI characters to life — completely from scratch.

This isn’t just about building a chatbot, we’re creating fully interactive, memorable personalities that can hold conversations, entertain, and engage users with consistency and style.

You’ll be working closely with our team to shape the tone, scripting, and logic behind each character, using platforms like ChatGPT, Character.ai, Inworld, or similar.

The Characters You’ll Build

These are fully original creations, you’ll help define their personality, logic, voice, and overall identity from the ground up.

Tarzan-style Jungle Character
Inspired by the wild jungle hero archetype (think Tarzan, George of the Jungle). This is an entirely new, original character: fun, light-hearted, full of jungle wisdom. He’s friendly, slightly naive, but surprisingly insightful. He connects with nature and has a unique, fresh view of the world.

Barry Langton
A completely fictional Aussie character, the name is just a placeholder for a bold, politically charged, straight-talking bloke. He’s got a sharp tongue and catchy slogans like:
“You can buy tobacco, but you can’t grow your own tobacco.”
Barry challenges the system with wit and charm, blending humor with relatable commentary.

What You'll Do

• Develop interactive character personalities using conversational AI tools
• Script natural, engaging dialogue with consistent tone and personality
• Set up logic flows and custom prompts to guide conversations
• Collaborate with our creative team to refine each character’s voice and user experience
• Test and iterate based on feedback and performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Character.ai, Inworld, or similar platforms
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to capture and maintain distinct character voices
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• A passion for building digital experiences that feel alive

Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Background in writing for games, theatre, or entertainment
• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning models
• Ability to contribute to visual or audio elements of character development
