About the Role:

INDEX Consultants are supporting a Victorian Public Sector client with multiple D365 Projects. We are seeking a skilled D365 Consultant to join our team for a pivotal 4-week contract for this client. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in re-platforming operations to Dynamics 365 including overseeing the migration from Priava to D365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to align with business needs.
• Develop and implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom integrations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
• Develop and customise D365 Customer Journeys and related modules to optimise user experience and operational efficiency.
• Implement JavaScript customisations, Microsoft Flows, and integrate with the Power Platform to enhance functionality.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint integration with Dynamics 365 for seamless document management and collaboration.

Skills Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Developer specialising in Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 Customer Journeys and related modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for customisations within D365.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Flows and Power Platform Development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint integration with D365.
• Previous involvement in migration projects, particularly from Priava to Dynamics 365, is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• MANDATORY - Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
