About the client:
Our client is one of the leaders in the aluminum extrusion industry. They are supplying extruded aluminum to the manufacturing and fabrication industries throughout New Zealand and Australia.

About the role

Location: Dandenong South, Victoria

Hours:

Rotating shifts for Day 6AM - 2PM | Afternoon 2PM - 10PM | Night 10PM - 6AM

Once the company has stabilized the operations the hours will be 4 Days per pay week (Monday to Sunday cycle) 12 Hours each day (6am to 6pm) / (6pm to 6am)

Pay

AM - $ 33.50

AS and NS - $38.50

Responsibilities:

Collect and load extrusion dies from storage racks into rings and trolleys, providing them to the press crews, using list provided daily.

Unload used extrusion dies from rings using die press machine and separate them with a splitting machine.

Load spent dies into cleaning tanks with baskets and jib cranes and remove once cleaning complete.

Assist die polisher as necessary.

Full training provided and with full time supervision during training period.

About YOU

Flexible with working hours and days

Mechanically inclined and has at least 2 years of experience in machine operating.

Keen to learn and be trained.

Demonstrated ability to receive, understand and follow instructions and learn quickly.

Excellent hand and eye coordination.

Meticulous attention to details.

Physically fit.

Can work on a rotating roster shift (per above details)
