About the role

Exciting part-time retail sales role at Oxford Shop Southland VIC 3192 location. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various store operations. What you'll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and completing sales transactions

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Restocking and organising product displays

Performing general store duties such as cash handling and inventory management

Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
