We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations at our clients Brisbane office office. This 100% in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for supporting the facilities and front-of-house teams, coordinating with vendors, maintaining supplies and access, and helping to deliver a safe and well-functioning office experience for all staff and visitors.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 4-6 WEEK ENGAGEMENT

Day Rate: $340 per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the front-of-house and facilities teams (onshore and offshore) with daily coordination and issue resolution.
  • Assist with reception overflow, general maintenance tasks, access control, and supply management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services, maintenance, and office events.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Assist with office logistics, including moves, catering setup, and internal audits.
  • Raise purchase requests, track invoice coding, and help manage supplier relationships.
  • Support travel bookings, camp bookings, and coordination for internal events.
  • Communicate office updates through internal channels (e.g., Viva Engage).
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to facilities and office operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement by supporting facilities initiatives and identifying workflow efficiencies.

About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or workplace support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable liaising with vendors and external service providers.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in an office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal communication platforms (e.g., Viva Engage or similar).
