About the Role

You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, team leadership, and daily service across all meal periods and banquets. The role requires a proactive, hands-on chef with strong leadership, a calm presence, and a drive for consistency and high standards.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven Head or Senior Sous Chef experience in busy hotel or restaurant settings

Expertise in high-volume a la carte and banquet service

Strong leadership and mentoring ability

Excellent food safety, hygiene and cost control knowledge

Ability to collaborate with front-of-house and management teams
