Our client is a well-established and successful MSP.

As part of an urgent project for an established client of theirs, they are looking for a Level 3 Network Engineer to join them ASAP on an initial 6 months contract.

This role will be based at Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport, where you will be expected to work on site min 3 days per week and your core skill set will be centred around Cisco switches, routers and firewalls and strong design and documentation skills.

As a L3 Senior Network Engineer, you will be involved in design, implementation and documentation of mostly Cisco based (Routing and Switching) based projects as well as Palo Alto firewalls, Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller and some wireless (Wi-Fi).

Skills required:

• Cisco Routing, Switching and Firewalls – design , implementation and documentation
• Palo Alto firewalls
• SDA/SDN
• Firewall policies
• Wireless LAN (WLAN)

Other aspects of this role:

• 6 month initial contract
• Based at Tullamarine Airport on average 3 days per week
• Customer fronting role
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Pure project delivery role
• You will be required to pass a background check (national police and background check) – this will be a non-negotiable aspect of the role
