As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacy/Dispensary Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position but part-time or casual applicants will also be considered. This position also requires the applicant to work between our two pharmacies at St Kilda and Bentleigh.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients who present to our pharmacy with their prescriptions
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone queries and emails
- Operate the pharmacy's point of sale (POS) system
- Pack medications to be sent out to patients
- Provide advice on front-of-shop products
- Assist pharmacists with store inventory
- Maintain a clean and organised environment

Requirements
- Dispensary assistant certificate (highly regarded)
- Experience in dispensing in a pharmacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
