About the role

Exciting opportunitiy is available for a passionate Pharmacy Assistant to join the Complete Care pharmacy team in Bairnsdale, VIC. This casual role will have you playing a key part in providing high-quality customer service and supporting the overall operations of a busy pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer queries

Maintain stock levels and ensure the pharmacy is well-presented

Demonstrate a commitment to upholding pharmacy standards and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Passion for providing high-quality healthcare and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and procedures is a benefit but not essential, or a willingness to learn
