About the Role:
As a Control Centre Operator, you’ll be the first responder in our National Operations Centre — handling real-time incidents, alarms, and security escalations from across the country. This is a role that demands accuracy, composure, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Control Centre Operator, you'll be the first line of response in our National Operations Centre. Your day-to-day will include:

📟 Alarm Response – Monitor, claim, investigate, and action alarm activations

🚪 Facility Access – Manage vehicle gate access via intercoms, boom/sliding gates

📞 Inbound Communications – Take calls from clients and stakeholders with professionalism

🖥 Card Access Management – Manage new/replacement access cards (training provided)

🎥 CCTV & Systems Checks – Conduct system health and camera audits (training provided)

📧 Email Management – Prioritise, categorise, and delegate via shared inbox

📝 Admin Support – Complete reports, incident logs, and basic computer tasks

🤝 Team Collaboration – Work as part of a multi-officer team to ensure seamless coverage

Who You Are:
You don’t need to be ex-military — just tech-savvy, level-headed, and ready to respond. You’re a licensed professional who thrives in structured environments and understands that every detail matters.

A current Security Licence + First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills (for reporting and system use)

A cool head in high-pressure situations

Flexibility for full-time or part-time rotating shifts

Willingness to wear PPE (high-vis, safety boots)
