About the role

Alarm & Video Monitoring via our interactive monitoring software.

Providing live real-time criminal deterrence.

Providing high-quality front-line customer service.

Directing calls to the appropriate response services and escalating where necessary, interacting with various Police, Ambulance, Emergency Services and Rapid Response Providers.

Assisting people and organizations dealing with emergencies and the aftermath of criminal activities.

About you - The key to success in this exciting role is you!

If you:

Are motivated to work and earn money.

Are reliable.

Have a current NSW 1E Monitoring Centre Security Licence, or are able to apply for one is a condition of your application (must be an Australian Citizen with no criminal record).

No experience necessary - full training provided.

Have good computer proficiency and be confident in learning new systems.

Ability to do rotational, 12hr shift work including weekends and public holidays. Four shifts on, four shifts off days and nights and including Public Holidays.

Have excellent verbal and written communications skills is essential.

Can work as part of a team to meet service delivery time frames.

Have strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer focus.

Industry experience is not required as full training is provided.
