Shine SC has recently expanded their service offerings and are now recruiting for High Intensity Support Workers ready to take on their next challenge and join our growing team.
Shine SC have availability for candidates who can work either day, sleepover or active shifts.
Shine SC are seeking candidates in the Southern Sunshine Coast or North Brisbane Regions to support a participant in the coastal region of the Pumicestone Passage / Moreton Bay Region.

About the Role
Working alongside our incredible participants in both Supported Independent Living (SIL) department, you will be required to support individuals who have complex needs, including behavioural, medical and mental health diagnoses. Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in a high intensity support worker role, and will have experience working with the following:
Complex Behaviours, including complex behavioural, medical, and mental health diagnoses. Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry, and will have experience working with the following:
Complex behaviours, including extreme behaviours of concerns
Complex mental health diagnoses
Medication administration
Prior experience working with high intensity participants
Candidates must also have flexible availability, prior experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and experience working within SIL homes.
Candidate qualifications:
Our ideal candidates will possess the following:
Minimum one year of experience as a High Intensity Support Worker (Essential)
Assist Clients with Medication Skillset trained (Essential)
Mental Health First Aid (Essential)
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification (essential)
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
Current Driver License
Current Comprehensive Car Insurance and own vehicle
Police Check
Current NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
