About the Role:

As Production Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across multiple lines and rotating shifts, reporting to an experienced Operations Manager. Leading a team of Supervisors, you’ll instil structure, accountability, and a culture of performance discipline in a business undergoing significant transition.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail, leading from the front, and knows how to drive sustainable change, not just fire-fight.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee 24/7 production across multiple shifts and production lines.

Coach and develop Supervisors to lift team performance.

Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce downtime, and implement structured shift execution.

Strengthen compliance with WHS, GMP, ISO, and HACCP standards.

Collaborate with Maintenance to increase uptime and equipment reliability.

Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to broader site strategy.

About You:

You are a dynamic leader with experience in high-output, fast-paced environments. You thrive on consistency, structure, and people leadership. You are someone who can lead from the floor and inspire teams to consistently perform at their best.

To be considered, you’ll need:

Proven leadership experience in managing Supervisors and production teams within manufacturing or industrial environments.

A deep understanding of compliance frameworks (WHS, GMP, ISO9001, HACCP).

Strong people leadership skills and daily operational discipline.

Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or higher).

Additional value-adds: Lean / CI training, WHS or GMP certifications, trade background (mechanical or electrical).
