ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Support Representative - Team Admin based at our new office in Kallangur, you'll play a key role in supporting our local clients and allied health team.
You'll provide high-level admin support to clinicians, clients, and external providers, where triaging enquiries, coordinating supports, and maintaining records are central to helping smooth the delivery of services. You'll work closely with the clinical team and report to the Regional Manager, Kate.
The role is an excellent opportunity to apply your admin and customer service skills in a meaningful, health-focused role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.
  • Provide day-to-day admin support to your local allied health team.
  • Maintain accurate client records, coordination scheduling of appointments efficiently and maintain good data entry across systems.
  • Assist with coordination of stock, office supplies, and general tidiness.
  • Support internal communication and manage messages and tasks across teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with workflow adjustments when needed.
  • Help improve administrative processes and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional office environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Experience using booking systems and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong task prioritisation skills.
  • A calm and helpful approach when juggling competing tasks.
  • Previous experience in allied health or NDIS setting is highly regarded.
  • Willing to work from our new Kallangur office, with some flexibility to work from home.
