We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new early learning centre in Shepparton, launching in September 2025! As a privately family-owned service, Creative Hands ELC is built on strong values, community connection, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our founding team and help shape an exceptional learning environment from the ground up.

Positions Available:

Centre Director – Diploma Qualified

Assistant Director – Diploma Qualified

Educational Leader – Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Bachelor Qualified & VIT Registered

Lead Educator – Diploma Qualified

Educator – Certificate III or Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care

To become part of the Creative Hands ELC – Shepparton team, you will need:

A relevant qualification in Children's Services with proven experience in a long day care or early childhood setting

Sound working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates

A valid Working with Children Check

A passion for creating engaging, educational, and inclusive learning environments

Motivation and dedication to delivering high-quality educational programs

An adaptable leadership style with the ability to mentor and inspire team members

Strong computer and documentation skills

A commitment to building respectful partnerships with families and the community
