The Role
- Assistant Centre Director/ Educational leader role
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
- Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
- Work closely with the Centre Director to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, manage day to day operations and stepping into the lead role when required
Role Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors in early childhood and care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Prior experience within a similar position is essential
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
The Company
This beautiful service is located in Murtoa. Opening its doors 7:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a purpose built service with a large outdoor area filled with stimulating activities for the children. The classrooms are filled with natural light and amazing facilities. The management are super supportive, giving you endless recourses for training and development as well as internal progression opportunities.
