About the role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Lead Educators and Educator Assistants to join our team at the Broadmeadows Early Learning Centre. This part-time position will be based in Broadmeadows, VIC 3047 and involves providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging educational programs to support children's learning and development

Maintaining a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children

Observing and documenting children's progress and achievements

Building strong relationships with children and their families

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

Relevant childcare or early education qualification (e.g. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)

Experience working in an early learning or outside school hours care setting

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
