We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a Tailings Dam project in Karara. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing civil crew on a well-supported site with a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works related to tailings dam construction and maintenance
• Coordinate plant, equipment, and personnel on-site
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and monitor daily productivity
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to meet project targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on dam, earthworks, or mining projects
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Hold S26 or Section 44 authorisation (WA Supervisory)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Available for FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 swing (days/nights rotation)
• Available to start ASAP
