About the Role

- Maintain workforce stability through effective rostering and proactive adjustments.
- Support staff performance through mentoring, briefings, debriefs, and informal check-ins.
- Uphold compliance standards in documentation, incident management, and WHS practices.
This is a dynamic and people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a meaningful impact.
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting people with disabilities, including cognitive and psychosocial needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a coaching approach to staff engagement.
- Experience managing rosters in complex or high-risk environments.
- Solid understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred care.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check (NSW).
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required).
- COVID-19 vaccination
Desirable
- Cert IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent.
- Experience with client and rostering systems (e.g. FlowLogic).
- Restrictive practices training is highly regarded.
Why Magenta?
- Values-driven, people-first culture.
- Opportunities for growth and development.
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and passionate team.
- Meaningful work that makes a difference in people’s lives.
Apply now and help us deliver the kind of support we’d want for our own loved ones.
