We are currently seeking a motivated and mechanically minded Trade Assistant to join the Refurbishment Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your mechanical aptitude and grow your career within a supportive and expanding business.

About the Role:

In this hands-on position, you will assist in the maintenance and refurbishment of rebar and steel bending equipment. Tasks include:

Checking oil levels and greasing mechanical components

Using hand and power tools such as grinders and welders

Following procedures for refurbishing equipment

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude (a trade qualification is not essential)

Basic welding experience (advantageous-but not essential)

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

Able to follow procedures

Willing to travel with Field Technicians when required around Melbourne

Reliable and professionally presented
