We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in either the luxury residential or commercial construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering multi-million-dollar projects.
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade background, coupled with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role, with expertise in managing luxury homes ($1M+) and commercial fitout or new build construction projects.
You must be confident driving a job forward, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage high-end finishing trades. A strong commitment to quality and excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of two luxury homes and two high-end fitout projects ranging from $1M–$10M, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and site safety.
• Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to address challenges and optimise performance.
• Uphold a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from design inception to project completion.
• Maintain strong industry relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through meticulous project execution.
