About the role
Jorbens is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our account managers and graphics design team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain office records, files and databases
Coordinate hotel scheduling for account managers
Xero Reconciliation
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing and weekly payroll
Debt Recovery
Manage ongoing business payments
Client and Hotel liaison
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office and Xero
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
