Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for the outdoors and pride in well-kept public spaces? The Shire of Quairading is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our Parks & Gardens Team within the Works & Services Department.

This is more than just a supervisory role — it’s your opportunity to contribute to the ongoing beautification and functionality of our Shire. You'll play a key part in planning and coordinating the maintenance of Quairading’s parks, sporting grounds, public buildings, cemeteries, and community green spaces. You'll also champion safety, quality, and teamwork every step of the way.

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in landscape construction and maintenance

Strong leadership and team training skills

Proven ability to operate and maintain powered gardening and mechanical plant equipment

A sound understanding of WorkSafe WA regulations

A current HR driver’s licence (minimum requirement)
