🌱 We're Hiring: Landscape Gardener

Join a professional garden maintenance team in Karratha!

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Gardener. This role offers room to grow into a Team Leader or Supervisor position for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Irrigation Systems - Install, inspect, and maintain reticulation systems to ensure efficient watering of landscaped areas.

✅ Lawn Maintenance, Pest and Weed Control - Establish and maintain lawns, garden beds, and plantings through mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and mulching. Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and invasive weeds using safe and effective horticultural practices.

✅Equipment Operation - Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pressure cleaners.

✅Site Cleanliness - Ensure all worksites are left clean, tidy, and hazard-free after completion.

✅Waste Disposal - Manage and dispose of green waste in line with environmental and council regulations.

✅Client Interaction and Reporting - Maintain a professional manner with clients and provide clear documentation of work, including photos and site reports.

✅Safety Compliance - Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications & relevant experience:

✅ Completion of secondary education (high school or equivalent) is required. Post-secondary education or vocational training in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred

✅Work experience in gardening is preferable.
