As a Senior Consulting Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality consultancy services to healthcare facility design projects, specifically to clinical areas (Operating Theatres, Central Sterilizing and Decontamination and associated Services). You will be responsible for managing our portfolio of client engagements, ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones. The major function of your role will be to review input data from a number of sources and collate in a meaningful way into succinct and high-quality written reports.

This is a client-facing role that requires a high level of autonomy, analytical capability, and communication skill. You will work closely with the Principal Consultant and external contributors in managing competing priorities and maintaining project momentum from initiation to completion.

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience [consulting, project administration/management or similar] in major infrastructure environment.

· Demonstrated experience in writing detailed, clear reports to a standard appropriate for government or healthcare clients.

· Outstanding and professional verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

· Knowledge of healthcare facility planning, clinical workflows, or capital works processes is highly desirable.
