Reward Co-Lab is a growing specialist HR Remuneration consultancy based in Melbourne. We service a major Financial Services client and in addition provide independent remuneration consulting to members and clients.

We value co-labbing in the physical space. Our expectations are that this role will be up to 5 days a week in the office. Immediate start for the right candidate.

We are seeking a full time Member Services Manager to fill a varied role with a range of responsibilities including:

Responding to member and client inquiries, same day via online or by phone

Website administration, maintenance, and reporting (WordPress experience is ideal)

Member Administration incl. invoicing

Drafting and creating reports in Word and PowerPoint, including drafting and publishing member communications

Manipulating data in Excel to produce reports

Contribute to project delivery and administration this includes member event coordination

Liaison with external suppliers and stakeholders

Coordinate Board / Committee meetings and minutes

Diary Management and travel management

You will thrive if you have excellent written and verbal communication skills required + high level of numeracy + attention to detail a must + initiative and consultative mindset.

Must have experience using WordPress (ideal), Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
