The Role:
This isn't your average management gig. You'll be the face of F45 Torquay – leading from the front, building relationships with members, collaborating with trainers, and executing growth strategies that get results. The role also includes coaching classes allowing to build relationships with members from the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive membership growth through outreach, lead conversion, partnerships and killer campaigns.

Be the community champion – engaging with members, running events, and creating a positive, motivating studio culture.

Lead and manage the studio team, ensuring top-tier session delivery and service.

Own our social media and marketing efforts – content creation, scheduling, engaging and growing our online presence.

Oversee daily studio operations including rosters, member management and maintaining studio standards.

Run classes and be the back up trainer when needed.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in fitness management, sales or marketing.

Confident communicator with people skills that make members feel like family.

A creative mind for content and social media that actually converts.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy and positive attitude.

A passion for fitness and living the F45 lifestyle.

Certificate III in Fitness required (Certificate IV preferred); or minimum 2 years' group training experience

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with Mindbody, Loyalsnap, or similar CRM platforms.

Have local knowledge or links in the Torquay/Surfcost community.
