Due to ongoing growth and continued success, there is an opportunity for TWO experienced Carpenters and/or Leading Hands to join our supportive, high-performing team.

You will work with award-winning designers and high-profile clients to build unique hospitality projects in Melbourne’s CBD.

About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will work on projects up to $15 million, including:

Managing onsite carpentry tasks and subcontract carpenters when required

Delivering detailed carpentry work

Meeting programs

Managing site documentation through Procore (training provided if necessary)

Leading and mentoring junior staff

Contributing to daily and weekly toolbox talks and meetings

Building strong relationships with all stakeholders

Ensuring overall site safety

At least 3-5 years experience as a certified Carpenter

White card

Experience with high-end hospitality/residential projects

Procore experience desirable

Thrives in a fast-paced environment
