About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Carpenter, Shop Fitter or Cabinetmaker to join our growing team.

This hands-on role will see you working on a wide variety of creative builds, both in our workshop and on-site at event venues. You’ll work closely with our Head of Production to help lead fabrication and installation teams and contribute to unique projects that break away from standard construction or cabinetry work.

Approximately 70% of the work is based at our Mulgrave workshop, and 30% on-site across Melbourne(and occasionally interstate).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in leading workshop and site teams on builds and installations

Interpret technical drawings and take concepts through to build stage

Operate workshop machinery (CNC, panel saw, etc.)

Collaborate with project managers and production team to solve build challenges

Liaise with clients and venues on-site

Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop safety

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, or Shop Fitting

Experience in both workshop fabrication and on-site installation

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to lead small teams and manage fast-paced deadlines

Confident interpreting technical drawings

White Card essential; EWP and/or Forklift license a bonus

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
