Printer Service Technician

Are you a hands-on technician looking to work with a market leader. Join a friendly and established team servicing a wide range of office and commercial printers across the Sydney metro area.

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Printer Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multifunction devices, printers including laser, wide-format machines, and copiers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Trouble shoot and repair printer hardware faults
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
• Support clients onsite across Sydney metro
• Ensure timely, professional service and accurate reporting
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience working with printers, or multifunction devices and labelling machines
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electronic fault-finding skills
• A current driver’s licence and good communication skills
• Self-motivation and reliability—this is a field role with plenty of autonomy
• IT/networking basics are helpful but this is not a computer tech role
