Job Title: HSE Advisor – Wind Farm Project (3:1 FIFO or 19/9 DIDO) – Regional WA
Contract: 3–6 Months
Location: Regional Western Australia (FIFO ex-Perth)
Roster: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
Rate: $85/hour + Super
Start Date: ASAP

Our client, a well-regarded contractor in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a wind farm construction project in regional WA. This is a key site-based role offering an attractive 3:1 FIFO roster and the opportunity to work on a major clean energy project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily HSE support and guidance to the site team and subcontractors
• Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Assist with incident investigations and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture on site
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, client standards, and internal systems
• Maintain HSE documentation and contribute to regular reporting

Requirements:

• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (Diploma highly regarded)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within construction, civil, or renewables
• Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and remote worksite conditions
• White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence
• Previous experience on wind farm or large infrastructure projects desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage safety across multiple work fronts
