Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to optimise value for money and mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships for ongoing service improvement.
  • Prepare and review procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the resolution of procurement-related issues and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement and supply chain department.

Profile

A successful Strategic Contracts & Procurement Advisor should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing tendering processes and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
