Working part time hours 3 days a week - Must be available to start mid August

• Short term temp assignment - 6 weeks
• Monday 12pm - 5pm, Wednesday 7am - 3pm & Friday 7am - 1pm

The role:
A well-established day surgery centre purpose built for cosmetic and plastic surgery is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support its friendly team and provide exceptional service to its patients.

Working 3 days a week, your duties include:

• Managing the reception desk and answering the telephone promptly and in a professional manner
• Providing high-quality support and service to the patients, doctors and staff
• Utilising Medical Wizard and Medical Director software
• Accurately recording and receipting of accounts and bookings
• Theatre list creation and distribution
• Liaising with surgeons and other health professionals and their staff
• Faxing, scanning and filing documents.
• Adhoc duties as requested by the practice manager

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Patient-focused and enjoys a working independently in a small team environment
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Medical Wizard and Medical Director software
• Must be available to commence mid August and be able to work all 3 shifts as per the times and days noted for the entire 6 week assignment
