We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee multiple high-profile subdivision projects across the Logan and Gold Coast regions. Based out of the Eight Mile Plains office and reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role offers a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of civil works.

About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery — including cost control, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with site-based Project Managers and Engineers to drive performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This is a senior position with broad responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex civil projects and is confident across both operational and commercial aspects of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple civil projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and scopes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Engineers to drive team performance
• Collaborate with executive leadership on commercial and operational strategies
• Oversee scheduling, cost estimation, forecasting, and progress reporting
• Lead procurement and contract administration processes
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards
• Ensure accurate and consistent communication with all project stakeholder

About You
We’re looking for a confident and capable leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for civil construction excellence. You will have the ability to manage multiple project teams, work collaboratively with executive leadership, and ensure successful outcomes across your portfolio.
To be considered, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Proven experience delivering subdivision projects
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple project teams and sites
• Advanced skills in cost control, scheduling, and forecasting
• Proficiency with project systems such as Pronto, SAP, Aconex, or Procore
• Ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on quality, safety, and accountability
