This team has a great culture, is into fitness and wellbeing and is looking for a temporary addition to assist their close knit Customer Service team.
This role works closely with the E-Commerce Manager! They pride themselves on their exceptional products and services and their client service delivery.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers engaging via web chat, social platforms, email, and phone. You’ll assist with orders, returns, and general enquiries using tools like Shopify.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries across multiple platforms
- Managing web orders, product questions, and basic returns
- Navigating systems e-commerce platforms including Shopify
- Collaborating with the team to refine support processes and AI agent responses
- Supporting store teams across 120 national locations
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is confident with systems and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will bring:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or eCommerce support role
- Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias (highly regarded)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness
As this is a temporary role with an immediate start, you must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
