Are you an experienced electrician ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a technically minded, leadership-driven Electrician to join our team — someone who thrives in commercial and industrial environments and wants to help train up the next generation of apprentices.

About the Role:

As a Senior Electrician / Leading Hand, you’ll work closely with our supervisor to run jobs, mentor apprentices, and drive efficiencies across our projects. The majority of our work is commercial and industrial, so we’re looking for someone confident in these settings and who takes pride in quality, compliant work.

We work a 4-day week – enjoy a regular long weekend and better work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting industrial and commercial projects

Assisting in job planning and on-site coordination

Training, supervising, and mentoring apprentices and junior staff

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

Working closely with clients and suppliers to get the job done right

What We’re Looking For:

A current NSW electrical license

Strong experience in commercial and/or industrial projects

Confidence with fault-finding, installations, and site coordination

A natural leader who enjoys teaching others

A proactive, solution-focused mindset

Current driver’s licence and own basic tools
