📍 About the Role
This is a rare leadership-track opportunity for an experienced sparkie ready to do more than just install. You’ll start hands-on across a mix of residential, commercial, and energy projects — then grow into a leadership role with control over standards, systems, and people.

📍 Responsibilities

Perform high-quality electrical work across projects in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Central Coast

Lead projects on-site with pride, speed, and precision

Help shape and grow the electrical division from the ground up

Maintain compliance, documentation, and safety standards

Train and mentor future apprentices or team members as division scales

Work directly with MJJS leadership to set benchmarks for excellence

📍 Requirements

NSW Electrical License

NSW Driver’s License

5+ years’ experience in the electrical trade

High standards, ownership mindset, and team-first attitude

Strong communication, site leadership, and client-facing ability

Bonus: Experience in solar, battery, EV, automation, or smart tech
