The Opportunity

About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries, primarily assisting customers with their mobile phone plans. Your role is to provide clear, effective, and empathetic support across various products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound customer calls, email and chat
  • Providing accurate information and solutions
  • Navigating multiple systems with efficiency
  • Using initiative and problem-solving to meet customer needs

Shifts available: Rotating roster between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Saturdays.
Location: Onsite at Mascot then WFH available upon competency review and sign off
Employment type: Casual role
Training: up to 8 weeks of comprehensive onsite training provided

What You’ll Need

  • At least 6 months of contact centre experience, or 12+ months in customer service or retail
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Confidence using multiple systems and managing time effectively
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude

Work-from-Home Flexibility
After your initial 12-week training period onsite in Mascot, you may be eligible to transition into a hybrid work model.
To work from home, you’ll need:

  • Minimum internet speed of 28.8 Mbps
  • A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair
  • A quiet, private workspace
