Wutang Fried Chicken has landed in Girrawheen, serving up a bold and mouth-watering menu that’s already making waves – from golden crispy chicken bites and signature burgers to bubble teas and curly fries. With two locations already buzzing in Perth, we’re now looking for a hands-on, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to lead our Girrawheen team to greatness.

Location: Girrawheen, WA
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + super

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Girrawheen restaurant, responsible for the daily operations and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Managing, training, and motivating front-of-house and kitchen staff

Creating and managing rosters, ensuring proper staffing for peak and off-peak hours

Handling stock control, inventory ordering, and supplier coordination

Managing daily cash handling, POS reconciliation, and banking

Supporting new menu rollouts and promotions with enthusiasm and precision

Driving sales and performance targets with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ensuring compliance with food safety, OH&S, and internal company policies

Reporting to senior management with regular updates on store performance

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in hospitality or QSR (quick service restaurant) management

A passion for fried chicken, great food, and customer service excellence

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and retain staff

Experience with rostering, ordering, and store operations

A problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication and people management skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed
