About the role

This full-time Motor Mechanic position at MELBOURNE AUTO GROUP PTY LTD' offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles within an established and reputable automotive workshop. As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension and electrical systems

Troubleshooting and identifying issues with vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment

Providing high-quality workmanship and adhering to all safety standards and best practices

Maintaining detailed job records and communicating effectively with customers

Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a similar field

Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in a workshop environment

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A valid driver's licence.
