The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Builder-Carpenter to join our hands-on construction team. This is a dynamic role suited to a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Provide practical input during job setup and planning phases

Apply construction expertise to support complex project execution

Assist with structural steel installations and collaborate with other trades

Interpret and execute technical drawings and site set-outs

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site organisation

Work closely with civil, fabrication, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless delivery

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Builder-Carpenter with 15–20 years’ experience in the construction industry

Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or residential construction

Strong ability to coordinate across trades and adapt to project demands

High attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills

White Card and valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
