We’re partnering with three established and growing mid-tier civil contractors delivering sewer network infrastructure across Western Sydney under Sydney Water frameworks. Each of these contractors has carved out a strong reputation in the water space and is now seeking capable and ambitious Project Engineers to join their teams.

You’ll be working on sewer reticulation networks, pump stations, and related civil infrastructure — overseeing delivery on critical packages from start to finish. Whether you’re early in your engineering career or already have a few years under your belt, this is a chance to be hands-on and heavily involved in project delivery.

What sets these roles apart is the supportive leadership you’ll receive. You’ll be working directly with experienced and highly capable Project Managers who are committed to mentoring — not just managing. These aren’t PMs who hoard knowledge — they actively create space for their Engineers to grow, contribute, and take ownership.

We’re looking for degree-qualified Civil Engineers with 2–5 years of experience and a genuine interest in the water sector. Prior exposure to Sydney Water projects is essential — attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn will count for more.
