Casual | Flexible Roster | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic administration all-rounder to join our clinic in Five Dock. This is a varied, hands on role combining reception, general administration, basic account/bookkeeping work, and clinic support. Roster is a split day shift, set weekly, with occasional Saturdays required.

Tasks Include:

Handling incoming and outbound phone calls

Manage clinic appointment bookings and patient enquiries

Processing payments and dealing with Medicare rebates

Ordering office and medical supplies

Paying suppliers and reconciling transactions

Processing payroll

Maintain reception and clinic cleanliness

Assist with various adhoc tasks as needed

Applicant must:

Have a friendly, welcoming attitude

Be reliable, organised, and detail focused

Be flexible with weekly changeable roster

Have neat and legible hand writing

Have basic to intermediate computer skills

Advantageous extras:

Bookkeeping/accounts background

Italian language

Own car for occasional off site tasks
