The Role - Permanent Part Time

Working in the heart of The Entrance, at the Sandy Cove Apartments, we have an opportunity for a part time Building Manager to join our Central Coast team. Following a successful contract transition our Regional Manager is looking for a permanent Building Manager to lead this contract. The role is 20 hours per week, requiring 4 hours per day Monday - Friday with a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts.

This exciting role will oversee residential buildings financial and operational aspects while also emphasizing maintaining relationships with all parties involved.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the delivery of the service contract

Active management of subcontractors through effective leadership and communication

Management of common area facilities, including pool and gym

Involvement in upcoming capital works projects.

Ensuring WHSE policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders

Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations

Reporting to key stakeholders

Skills Required:

A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services.

Minimum 2 years of Residential Building Management Experience

Strong administration skills

Customer Service focus

Clear communication skills both written and verbal

An understanding of WHS systems and processes.
