BUILDING MANAGER. - LIVERPOOL, SYDNEY

The owners corporation of a large strata plan located in Liverpool, Sydney require the services of an experienced building manager. Looking for a sole trader who is licenced, insured and compliant.

The successful candidate should have at least three years experience in building management and be familiar with the requirements of large strata plans.

The position requires a minimum of three days per week for eight hours each day. Further hours will be as required and will be at the discretion of the owners corporation.

You will possess skills in relation to work orders, management of contractors, liaising with owners and tenants and taking instructions from the strata committee among others.

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. An office in the building and computer services will be provided by the owners corporation.
