Responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and serving customers for the service department.

· Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing.

· Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.

· Coordinating daily service appointments.

· Meeting individual and team targets.

· Managing customer expectations.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

· Preparing for next-day appointments.

· Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.

· Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution.

· Promptly invoicing customers.

· Effectively addressing customer concerns.

Specific skills required:

· Consistently creating a memorable customer experience.

· Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs.

· Working cooperatively in a team environment.

· Genuine care for external and internal customers.

· Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management.

· Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded).

· Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded).

· Nissan, Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru FCA brand experience highly regarded

· Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.

· Current driver's license is mandatory.

· A passion for the automotive industry and the brand.

· Ability to logically solve problems.

· Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

· High level of personal presentation.

· Strong computer skills and effective use of dealership DMS (EraPower).

· Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
