About the role

We have an opportunity for an Executive Officer to be part of our South Coast Police District team. This Executive Officer position provides executive level administrative support to the Command/Business Unit and the coordination and completion of administrative procedures including but not limited to Records Management System (RMS), Command Management Framework (CMF) & Governement Archiving. Advice, Guidance and Training to General Administration Support Officers and Administration of GIPAS, Subpoenas, Ministerials, Medals & Awards and Secondary Employment.

The South Coast PD covers a large geographical area from Berry in the North to Eden in the South and the suitable applicant must hold a current drivers licence.

This role is part-time, working 14 hours per week. Salary will be paid at the pro-rata rate.

Days and Hours for this opportunity:

• Week 1 - Wed / Thurs
• Week 2 - Wed / Thurs
• Based on a 7hr day Flexitime Work Schedule
